First, you gotta understand how the female plumbing works before taking birth control. You’re reproductive system. There three schools of thought women start taking birth control: 1) to regulate their menstrual cycle from those sooooo crazy symptoms and 2) to prevent pregnancy when they are about to become sexually active.
This vid is a true testimony of real women giving real advice and sharing information about birth control. In order to avoid getting preggers, I asked each of them a question and wanted to see if they knew the answer. Their knowledge varied from none to knowledgable. They either used the pill or the shot. It goes to show women are self-educating themselves, teaching each other, or taking instruction from professionals. This is not a one-time thing. Your body changes every 7 years. You will often find you may react worse to one type over another.
In the case of any type of birth control, they ALL come with side effects. Know this. Not only is it a drug, but a synthetic drug pumping hormones. Not just while you’re on birth control, but I am convinced, you see the after effects later in life as well.
